When you create an account we store your full name, phone number and email address. Your password is handled entirely by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see it, store it or log it.
When you save an estimate we store the graded details of the diamond (shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry, fluorescence), the report number if one was read, and the figures we calculated.
A grading report you upload is sent to our server and passed once to OpenAI's vision API to read the printed values. We do not keep the file after that, and we do not use it to train anything.
We do not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers or analytics about your behaviour in the app. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
You can view and edit your profile in the app, and you can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, saved estimates and messages are removed and cannot be restored.
All traffic runs over HTTPS. Row Level Security is enabled on every table, so your records are only readable with your own session. On iOS your session is held in the device keychain.
